Does anyone here know if Best Buy accepts things like bare CRTs for recycling?
I have several G3 iMacs that have given up the ghost and I'd like to take 'em apart and do something with the shells but I don't want the CRT and associated electronics to end up in a landfill - if Best Buy will take the CRT and my $10 in exchange for a $10 Best Buy gift card I'd say we have a deal (or 2 or 3 or 12)
I keep meaning to stop by BB to ask but haven't gotten around to it yet...

Excerpt: Three items per household per day...Nearly everything electronic, including tube TVs and monitors up to 32"...We charge $10 for televisions and monitors, but you immediately receive a $10 Best Buy gift card good toward future purchase.
