I've tried searching the store several times, but give up as the search is a little tedious.

Does anybody know of an app like that>

I downloaded a free retro analog clock app called NHK clock HD, but I haven't seen that digital one.

I didn't care for the GUI. I did get Rise & Shine, by kensington. Free, and a nice looking interface.
