Have you taken a look at FaceCash (http://www.facecash.com)? It's a payment app that also lets you use a barcode on your phone. There's a demo video at http://www.facecash.com/video.

I use cash primarily. I have always loved cash money. One time CompUSA refused to accept my hundred dollar bills when I was buying a hard drive saying they might be counterfeit. They drew on the money with a brown pen which confirmed it for them.

They look at my money and asked me where I got it from. I told them Wells Fargo Bank. CompUSA relents and sells me the hard drive (Acomdata external which has since failed). CompUSA went belly up a few weeks later. A few years earlier, they had an ad in the paper for Quake 2 at $19.99. So I go there to buy it and at the register, the woman says that the Mac version was $59.00. I look at the ad again and it doesn't say anywhere which version was for sale. Just Quake 2. I insist they sell it to me but the manager was adamant that he wouldn't do it. So that was the first time that I called Emeryville PD to complain that they refused to serve me for no reason. When the cops arrived, the manager goes to complaining about me while I wait my turn. After he finishes flailing about, I endure a 2 minute lecture from the po-lice, then say "can i say something?" They say yes. I walk them to the sale paper posted on the wall and show them the ad (which was a mistake I'm sure), then show them the game in my hand and the cops back me up. They apologize and ask me if I want to file a complaint. I told 'em I just want the damn game. The manager exasperatedly sells it to me. I really enjoyed being an ass that day. I even went back the next day to show the manager that he was my bitch.

Great story, vision! And I wouldn't say you were acting like an ass. I DO say, good for you for sticking to your guns.
