Basically was asking how to set up a itunes account w/o a CC. The consensus was to use a itunes gift card. However a guy here at work just pointed out another way.
You go to the itunes app store w/o setting up an account. You "buy" a free app. When you are required to sign in or create an account you do so normally. BUT...when asked for CC info there is an extra little check box labeled "None" under the CC info (which is NOT there if you create an account before you buy something). So it looks as if you CAN sign up w/o a CC. I'm gonna have to try that on my friends computer and see what happens.
