Police are still trying to determine just how this happened. So far, they’re not sure whose gun the bullet came from, whether it was from an actor’s gun or if it came from someone else’s gun.

Yes, I'd like to know what happened before I jumped to a lot of conclusions.

This sounds like a regular show, and it seem unlikely that live rounds *accidentally* found their way into a firearm.

Also, even though these guys are actors, it seems to me that they should know or have been taught how to check the gun for live ammo. Sure the armorer program director (?) checks the gun (or maybe not in this case?) and hands it to you, but it shouldn't hurt to check again, one last time.
