Would this security app be useful?

Better than nothing, but it says nothing about Flash tracking or the companies that are using alternate methods to track users even after they opt out of cookies.

I use this:
https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox...erprivacy/ Firefox is set to delete flash cookies every time that it's quit or starts up. And I have a couple of cookie-permissions add-ons that allow me to choose which sites get to set cookies on my computer and when those cookies expire.

Would Safari's Private Browsing achieve the same thing?
