My issue with tattoos is the overwhelming majority who get them don't think about what's going to happen as they age. Job/career changes, romantic partner changes, their own body changing.

I have probably mentioned this before, but I have known our bartender for over 25 years. As a teenager her best friend was a cashier at the auto parts store I managed back in the early 90s. Anyway, she got a tattoo of Sebastian the crab from "The Little Mermaid" tattooed on the upper swell of her left breast when she hit 21. Now that she has aged 2 decades, Sebastian the lobster makes an appearance every spring and summer when the tank tops come out of winter storage.
