DVD remastering software like MacTheRipper, but for a PC?

I want to remaster by eliminating some titles or extras on DVDs before I run them through DVD2OneX, and MTR just creates unplayable Video.TS folders. Thought I might try something else, maybe on a PC if necessary.

Second. Easy to use, convert to ISO to backup your dvd to another disk. Also recommend downloading http://www.imgburn.com/ to burn the ISO to disk.
