This woman REALLY wants her Chicken McNuggets

I can't see how you could orchestrate that as a joke. How would you get a manager/shift manager at at McDonalds to let you launch a bottle through the drive through window and break it? Even if you pay for the repairs, if someone higher-up ever found out, there would be job openings, and maybe a franchise for sale.

No way was the scene a joke, but I couldn't see the audio matching up with the lips - perhaps the audio was all manufactured...

That seems to be exactly what happened, this occurred about 3 years ago and all of the original released video had no audio, but I found a YouTube video from around then where the person who posted it says "The audio and subtitles were added by me."

Here's the original video without audio, and a lot more before/after the incident. And you can see the next car pulling up and getting his order.

And here's an article from around the time it first occurred that has the shortened video with the AP logo that was used as the basis for the fake audio track.

Unfortunately with the increase of dispensing meds without the corresponding hours of talk therapy/(non-self)monitoring we're gonna see more and more people out of control like this.

That's quite a leap... I'd suggest that it was the beer... that was a not quite empty beer bottle going through the window. Beer has been responsible for these kinds of incidents LONG before meds were even invented.

Given that my first drunk ass wife splattered her grey matter all over an oak tree I'll defer to your alcoholism expertise.
