Changing personal names in Apple IDs

My dad passed this past summer, since then I have been helping mom with a lot of things. My dad's name shows up in the iCloud web page in upper right corner. Is there a way I can change this to just her name? I haven't checked their iTunes Apple ID (which is different) to see how that looks, will do that later. (I did got into her iCloud at the Website, looked to see if there was a profile that had the name in it, couldn't find one.)

I suppose with a little effort, I could change her Apple ID at iCloud for her and tranfer all info to that, then switch her devices over (iPad, iPhone, MacBook Pro).
