It will be in iTunes in a day or two, probably here. (This is for the 1080p version.)

And maybe they'll have edited the glitches and make it a more enjoyable viewing experience.

I don't know if they'll be able to eliminate the voice of the Chinese translator though.

IF I recall correctly, it took two days before the WWDC Keynote showed up.
