[Pic] Identify this bird

I think this is a Red-Shouldered Hawk. It was making the squawking sound you can hear on this site, and it was at the top of a tall tree along the dry bed of Arcade Creek in the Sacramento area.. Unfortunately I didn't have a camera with a long lens with me.
