Now in a windows world- will E/POP work with my Mac?

Due to the merger of our educational agency I am now based in a 99% windows office. I did manage to keep my iBook! The school tech wants to hook me up to their E/POP system, but admits he knows little about Macs. Will E/POP work with my iBook? I did a quick google search and it appears that E/POP is essentially an IM system using TCP/IP. The web sites I viewed seemed to suggest that it is a windows only system? I'll give up access to E/POP sooner than I'll give up my Mac! Thanks for your help! Dave

b-bender, thanks for the link. That confirms my suspicion. Well..."They can take my Mac when they pry the mouse (trackpad?) from my cold dead fingers!!". ....Tough being the only Mac user in the whole office (sigh). Thanks for the help! Dave
