So I just read there was a recall of the Chicken of the Sea canned tuna, both water and oil. I actually just bought 5 cans yesterday. One article says to dump all of your tuna. I also found a site that lists all of the bad codes. My cans don't fall under any of those codes. Can I assume it's safe to keep and eat?

the codes will let you know if it was processed in the Tri-Union seafood processing plant where the under cooked can processing happened to bumble bee and chicken of the sea products.
cans of tuna on other processing lines are not affected.
