Did Tampa really trade away a 3rd & 4th round pick to take a kicker in the 2nd?

While I think kickers are hugely undervalued, the general belief is take them in the 4th or later. i'm betting he would have been available in the third.

That is a strange move.

It would be more ridiculous if the Raiders had not drafted a kicker in the first round with Janikowski years ago..
