I have a doc that I'm submitting for a client that requires an esig.
I sent it to the client to esig as I thought he'd do it the way I do, which is the camera reverse method of Preview.
However, it appears he used a font to create an esig on windows Acrobat.
When I try to print in either Acro or Preview, the sig appears as boxes, like placeholders for a font letters.
Can anyone tell me how to fix this so the hard print has the esig?
The doc is fine on screen, but the printout has boxes.
