I sold my 8-core 3,1 on CL recently with a used 24" monitor for $500, and it sold pretty quickly. Mine had 2.8GHz processors and 24GB of memory. For anyone considering it, this is a great machine at a really good price. Put an SSD in it, and it will fly. You can put a cheap USB3 card in it as well. The only reason I sold mine was that I got a great deal on a 12-core 5,1 model.
