Using 8.5. It seems that I can't choose a custom zoom size for viewing in FileMaker. I want to use 125%, but can't seem to figure out how to do that. Even lowly AppleWorks offers custom zoom sizes.
Can I choose another zoom % with FileMaker?

no, just use Universal Access if you want to zoom to something other than is provided in FM.

Thanks. I wish it was more adjustable than it is.

Filemaker, though a great database program, is essentially the same program as I used it back in 1993. It's got a new coat of paint and new code under the hood, but it needs a complete UI overhaul.
I've wanted that zoom change myself on a few hundred (thousand) occasions. Another gripe -- why is the "do not print selected objects" stuck in the sliding dialog? Why isn't it a menu check-off item itself or (gasp!) a contextual menu item? Filemaker is pissingly behind the times. That's what happens when you have no real competition. Hate to say it but if Microsoft made Access for the Mac, Filemaker would be updating and improving by leaps and bounds. Again, don't get me wrong; it's great and I use it every day. But it could be *so* much better.

I would like FileMaker to have the standard SQL library of tricks...
