I wonder if the Apple Pencil changes will apply to the first gen Apple Pencil. Given that they still sell it and that it's the only option for 3 current iPads, I'd assume so.

Makes me more appreciative of the deal I got on my v6 iPad and more optimistic it
won't be encumbered by iPadOS 14 when its released.
