When does the next Costco Warehouse ad begin?

Not all the random ads showing up in the app, but the period covered by the booklet one gets in the mail.

It's usually delivered and shows the effective dates before the Costco app does.

I am guessing next Thursday.
I think they always start on a Thursday, but it might be Wednesday.
It should start the week before the 4th, but who knows.
