that design has been available for decades. I've had a pair since '83 when I started to rewire old Sea Scout boats. Irwin might have added the cutter holes, but those adjustable strippers are nothing new. Heck, even Harbor Freight has that style. https://www.harborfreight.com/heavy-duty...36810.html

That said, it is a handy tool to have when you have lots of wiring to do.
Old-timers still use 8-10" side cutters with a notch filed in one blade...
