Pentagon attempts to boost morale with laugh training

I don't understand why soldiers need to be trained to laugh. All it takes for me is to hear El Presidenté try to pronounce "nuclear." Shakespeare said drama is better than life and comedy worse, so we are definitely living in times with high comic potential, if it weren't for all the senseless killing & dying of course.
