How else can you explain that my new router has been sitting in the same warehouse since Sunday morning?

Well, the warehouse in question is about 30 miles from my house. If it was there sunday morning, shouldn't it have been able to make it the rest of the way by now?

...is your product still within the time frame of 'normal' ground shipping days? (5-7 business days or whatever?) - if so, then it's what you paid for. Sometimes it is much faster...sometimes it does take the full lot of time, pending on their other packages that have priority.

You can always phone and ask about it...arrange for a pickup at the sorting facility...(not that I would now...but if you knew it would of taken this long, it might of been worth it).

HEY! Don't try to hit me with that logic and reality stuff! I came here to complain. Yes, it is still within the time frame - expected delivery is 1/10 (tomorrow). But, but, but ... it was in the general area 2 days ago! Just deliver it already!

Well, I didn't have much choice ... it was Amazon free Super Saver shipping. Ok, I suppose I could have actually paid for shipping ... but then what would I have to complain about?

I had 2 items shipped from the same vendor to me, on the same day, One arrived at the local depot 4 days before the second, and just sat. Then the second was delivered, and the next day, the first one showed up.

It gets here when it gets here. If I have to have it now, I buy it at a brick and mortar.
