What happens with the 83 mil in Jean E Carrol appeal and with the 450 mil in the NY state appeal?

Does Carrol and NY get anything or his family keeps it all?

I would guess his estate could try to appeal the verdicts, but I’m not a lawyer.

The kids would have been better off making sure he fell out of a window before the verdict. Then they would have kept everything.

Once the lawsuit's filed (or maybe at final judgment, or maybe it depends), it would go against the estate
