Actually, the payment and miscategorization has been well established by the other witnesses. Cohen simply corroborated what those earlier witnesses had shown to be true. The only key bit of information that Cohen has is that Trump is the one who ordered the payment and miscategorization to be made. The defense has to prove that somebody other than Trump led that effort and that Trump didn't know anything about it (and if you believe that, I have a bridge you might be interested in buying).
Yeah. Iike people are sitting around trying to figure out how to pay off Trump's anything that he has no clue about. All of this is so absurd. All these people going to jail/prison but Trump is just an angel from heaven.
