Hingeley has taken particular issue with the manner of the detention. While Albemarle County Sheriff Chan Bryant said the ICE agents did produce proper badges and paperwork to bailiffs inside the courthouse prior to the confrontation caught on video, Hingeley stands by his assertion that arrests that resemble kidnappings are a danger to the community and could provoke violent confrontations.

Try that here in Idaho and an agent(s) are going to be shot. Might be a bad way we end up with gun control. Honestly, if someone broke into my home looking like that I would shoot them. Why wouldn’t you?

I can think of a number of reasons why not; one for each gun the the ICE agents had.
Unless it's your ambition to go out in a blaze of gunfire.

How would you know it’s ICE? They look and act and sort of are thugs.
