I hope you are right. But he has already been purging some of the upper level officer corps, and that removes one block. Also, having known some military including officers, some of them are scary and are the type that would go along with his orders.

Not only do they understand it, they take it VERY seriously. This fact is the basis for my statement earlier in this thread.
