Can Anyone Convert This For Me?

Keeping with my theme of having others do the work for me, can anyone convert this--apparently--Microsoft Works file to Excel or even a delimited or comma separated text file?

If you launch MS Word and select the file from the open menu, it gives the option to recover text from any file. This can get the text out, albeit not formatted...

Thanks, all. I was able to do the Word "recover" idea to get the same list as Ted King posted. If anyone is able to open it and save it in a spreadsheet/csv/delimited format, I'd appreciate it. It's for my mom! :-)

I found it could be translated with MacLink Plus to an Appleworks spreadsheet file. Now how do I include it in a message?

I have converted it into excel.... If you PM me with an email address I will attach the file to an email. I, too, used MacLinkPlus.
It is showing in four columns Date, Hostess ,Title of book, and Author.
