I don't know that I have ever seen a 10% off for HF. I have seen $5 or $10 off an order, but never a 10% off the order. (maybe 10% off ONE item)

Sign up for their mailing lists...they'll send you print and e-mail coupons all the time. If you have a local "Happenings" or "Entertainment" fund-raising coupon book, they tend to have coupons in there as well (if they have a local store).
