This TWO DOLLARS the original poster is asking for is not to replace the disposable plastic buttons that broke, but to REFUND the entire price of the actual cleaning because when he got home he noticed that a disposable button was chipped.
I'm sorry, but that's total BS on the customer's part.
That plastic button costs 5 CENTS. That entire disposble "cufflink" is literally 2 plastic buttons attached together with a thread. It's meant to be thrown away along with the cardboard under the collar and pins.
You want the dry cleaner to refund you the $2 for the entire cleaning of the shirt and the ironing? Puh-lease.
