Current limits on installing one CS3 license on both Desktop Mac and traveling laptop?
#1
Between Quark and Adobe, and the changes with each new version I'm having trouble remembering if it is possible with the new Adobe CS3 to Install it on your main workstation AND a laptop (MBP) for use when traveling or away from the office.

It seemed to me in the past this was possible, with the caveat that they could not be used simultaneously on the same network (which makes sense... since for what I describe this would never be an issue.)

If this is possible, do you have to jump through any special hoops to get it installed on the second computer?

Thanks!

Just found this thread, which answers most of my questions... but if anyone has anything further to add, please do.

Hmmm... by "same time" do you mean installed on 2 machines at the same time (but in use on only one at a time), in use at the same time (but not on the same network), or the holy grail... in use at the same time on the same shared network?

I presume you mean the 2nd one, which is similar to the the way CS3 seems to operate.
