When you buy a ringtone on iTunes can you change which 15-30 seconds are used after you buy it or are you buying just the section you specified and it's permanent?

You gotta buy the song AND the ringtone, so you can always change the section, but you have to pay another dollar every time you do.

PLUS, they don't have ANY really great ringtone material - no Blade Runner techno, no Jimi Hendrix, No sounds from TV or Movies, and worst of all NO WOODY WOODPECKER!!! (that one makes a GREAT ringtone)
