Artificial Christmas Tree Needles
#1
So I was looking at artificial Christmas trees with the idea of replacing mine, and every tree I saw had a mix of clearly artificial looking needles, and some that looked quite lifelike. Is this just how they're done these days? Or can an artificial tree with all real looking needles be found? Here's a picture that sort of shows the difference.

My old tree (that I was given by a co-worker) has the same type of fairly real looking needles throughout.

Is this how all trees are, or just all the ones I saw (I looked at Target, Home Depot, Lowes, and maybe one or two other stores).

I really want a 8.5 foot tall, narrow base, uniform needle style, relatively real looking needles, easy to assemble (preferrably just fold down "branches"--my current one has a series of rings into which each branch must be inserted), and probably *not* pre-lit.

During the holidays, Home Depot had a few of those trees with the realistic looking needles you're pointing out. I was in market for a fake tree, but then wanted to wait until after Christmas sales and then i forgot and got lazy... There's always next year!

They even had one with realistic looking ice crystals. Small clear plastic bits hanging off the tips. I know it sounds cheezy, but it looks nicer than my lame description.
