Hearing help for Nokia 2610 phone?

I am going to need cordless if I ever talk in the car but more want easier to hear setup and have bad hearing. Phone has no bluetooth. My phone is my cell almost exclusively not landline.
 Ideas? Also anyway to download numbers?

You should be able to find a headset with microphone and cord that connects to Nokia's for around $10 at places like Wal-Mart. Make sure that it says that it works with Nokia, because they're wired different than most of the other brand phones.
