Is it time to sell my iPhone?

[quote $tevie]I...I've never had a problem with reception -- except for inside Whole Foods (and nobody's cell phones work in that Whole Foods, I think they may have blocked them like the health club across the street did).
That's odd. The Whole Foods here has free wifi and the cellular signal works fine in there too. Best of both worlds.

As to vicrock's comment re paying more than list, I think it is because people want a jailbroken/unlocked phone and don't realize that it costs very little to do that.

My understanding is that most of the iPhone sales on eBay are to people who live in non-iPhone countries.

I'd wait until the week before the WWDC, then sell it. That way, you'll probably still get top dollar, and it'll only be a week or so that you don't have it.

Not a problem, just so long as I get my money before shipping it. No $, no ship.

Unless there are new features other than just 3G, I'm going to keep my current iPhone. For most uses, I can get along fine with Edge when I can't find an open WiFi hotspot. I'm also concerned about 3G draining batteries even faster than the current iPhone, which is pretty crappy in the battery-life department.

Unless they offer a heavily discounted upgrade path, that is.

The rumored second camera for videoconferencing would be cool, except I bet it doesn't happen, and who would I videoconference to? I can't even get my friends with iChat and iSight to videochat. Maybe I should shave?

I agree. 3G doesn't float my boat, but GPS would, as would improved battery life.

3G or even 3g *and* GPS won't get my money, but a 32G 'Phone would.

I really like my 8G, but that won't be enough room for some of the great apps that will be coming.

Also, I'm sure that at some point either Apple or a third-party developer will allow the 'Phone to download files.

And I'd like a little more room for music and video. Then I wouldn't feel so naked when I elect not to carry my Classic.
