Fortunate to have some of his clothes. I have a pinstripe suit and one of his "Tuxedo" Jackets. He really knew how to make a suit for a woman. He was really the first to put a sexy pant suit on the market.
The cut and construction, tailoring of his clothes is amazing, as well as the fabrics. Most of the things that I have are timeless. No designers today are offering this level of quality. Fabrics are also amazing. Good Article. I loved Valentino, Givenchy, also. Ready to Wear has gone downhill, but the prices are more outrageous. Mens clothing is better made and more for the money. I used to work in fashion. Now I mostly wear levis , |
