They've marked down just about everything that's left. The big winner is obviously The Ultimate Matrix, clocking in at under $30...

I don't see any markdowns... they've been $11.98 each for months now.... as I have frequently looked, hoping for some bargains.
I'm giving up and will just allow my DH-DVD player to upconvert regular movies.

. . .check overseas. . .amazon.uk had star trek HD season 1 for about $30 a few weeks ago. . .(it has since gone back up). . .amazon.uk has pretty good deals but you have to keep a vigilante watch on it. . .

I just got the 3-movie "Bourne" series set, in HD, from Amazon, for 8.99.
Read that again. 3 HD DVDs for less than the price a regular retail single DVD titles costs. Amazon has good sales on lots of DVD titles. I got around seven discs for $25, the target price I was aiming for to get free shipping. I look there primarily for regular, non-HD DVDs, and often find many I like for $4.99-$7.99 in that range. |
