Why is Quark printing only in red?

Quark seems to want to print only in red/maroon. I've tried other Apps and they all print normally. What gives? This is Quark 7 on 10.5.2 on a Canon i560. Even if I force it to print grayscale, it prints red. TIA.

I assume you can print in color from other apps?

Could be, in your Print dialog box, colors are set to Separations and only magenta is checked to print, but that's a long shot. I'd try trashing the Quark preferences.

I had this problem YEARS and YEARS ago. Like with Quark 3. So basically I cannot remember. But Mike Sellers solution rings a bell.
