Just did this for my in laws. Cable cover, very flat and about 3 - 4" wide. Paid about $16 - $17 for a 3' section. Once painted it should look a lot better.

I just came home from Lowe's with something that sounds identical - about the same price, too. It's probably a bit wider than I need, but it seemed the best choice of what was available. Now to figure out where I put that touch up paint I saved. (It's here someplace!)
Uh, oh!! that (in)famous phrase "It's here someplace", that usually means hunting for hours or days around my house. Best of luck finding it!

AlphaDog, I read/heard somewhere that paint will generally be a perfect match within about 30 days from the original gallon/5 gallon bucket. After that, the paint on the wall changes color, due to light, temps, etc.... If it where me, I would just repaint the whole wall if you cannot find the original paint.
