Problem with iTunes 8.1.1 . . .

After updating to iTunes 8.1.1 I have been thrown into circular "hell". I try to sync my iPhone and get a box saying my computer is NOT authorized. I try to authorize it from that dialogue box and get a box telling me that my computer is already authorized.

I then deauthorized it and reauthorized it. Get the same circular problem.

I then de-authorized it again. Then I let the dialogue box guide me to re-authorizing. Still get the circular problem.

Help.

Did you restart and repair permissions after installation? There were a bunch changed on my Powerbook.

It's always advisable to Repair Permissions after an iTunes update, because that *always* breaks a lot of permissions.

I RP before and after updates.

I'm having the same problem after updating to Itunes 8.1.1. Everytime I sync my iPod Touch I have to authorize my PC! I know one person that have the same problem but we have no idea on how to fix it! I've searched on the internet but I can't find the solution!

Somebody knows?
