irritating itunes behavior

Every morning and evening I push music from itunes to my two appletv's and an airport express. It is very cool. But when my daughter goes to the imac and logs in as herself the music just stops. Frustrate me. Why can't itune continue to function in the background?

Can AppleTVs connect to a network share? My iTunes library is shared and I have 3 Macs all using it simultaneously. The only problem is the one in the kitchen disconnects if the microwave is turned on.

When my wife wakes up her iMac to login, my streaming video or music will pause for a few seconds. The video or music is coming from another Mac but they are all on the same wireless network.
