Anyone know a good bay area courier or regional shipper?

I need to have a ~50lb case and probably one large box moved from the north SF Bay area to the south SF Bay area. I could just do UPS or whatever but I figure that would cost more.

You can use GreyHound Package express---from bus station to bus station.

You could also use http://www.overnitexpress.com/ Monoprice is using them and they are quick and cheap.
