Friends,
Did not download my Quicken files from Suntrust Bank all year, now it turns out that I must manually download and then import.
The bank gave me .QFX files, which I imported into a NEW account using "Web Connect."
Now I'm trying to move hundreds of transactions from the new account in Quicken 2007 to an existing account (where I wanted them originally).
The manual process will take forever! Any help or advice is greatly appreciated.

You can Import QIF under file.
And Export "selected" QIF under file.

Thanks, but these are not QIF, but rather QFX...

and they should be able to be selectively exported as QIF then imported into your other account.

Thank you, Fritz. I did try that and had some major problems.
Is there any way to "Web Connect" import directly into the account where I need the transactions? For some reason those accounts are not available in the web connect dialogue.

mmmmm, dunno about that one.
Unfortunately Quicken is the best solution in a field of stinkers.
They all leave something to be desired.
I've done variations on what you're trying to accomplish, but only by the afore mentioned and painfully slow manual method.

Thanks again, Fritz. I agree, a real stinker indeed.
I did find a workaround. I had to disable the accounts from Online Banking. Once I did this, I was able to Web Connect import directly into the account of my choice.
Now, I've got a year of data entry and reconciling ahead!
I appreciate your assistance.
