Google calendar "Oops, we couldn't create this event, please try again in a few minutes"

What gives? I see this error very frequently when trying to add a new event to my calendar but I don't know why it happens. I try refreshing, logging out and then back in... sometimes it just doesn't want to work. Anyone else get this error?

I've seen it a few times on calendars and spread sheets. It's like their servers are busy and time out.

happens from time to time. usually rights itself within a few minutes when it happens to me.

Yeah, I get it when there is a glitch in my connection or the server times out. Usually corrects itself with a logout/login.
