Looking at the EULA and it says "is not designed, manufactured, or intended for use...in the operation of nuclear facilities, aircraft navigation or communication systems, air traffic control, direct life support machines, or weapon systems...
This thing is useless. I realized that I may not be able to use it with my backyard nuclear reactor, but I did have a fall back plan to use it to control my sharks with fricken' lasers. I can't use it for that either.

so, its not designed to use for any sort of communication? But its an audio device?
