Any good online tutorials for iPhone usage?

My wife isn't the most tech savvy. She can work the DVR, DVD and her iPod just fine. I'd like to help her learn everything she needs to know about her new iPhone... Especially how to add/remove contacts, schedule appointments, etc. Obviously I want to help her find some good apps to make her life easier. Any good online tutorials?

Then I need her to "Sync" often to make sure she doesn't loose anything important.
