I'm all for that - but I'd rather do it Hefner Style.

That was just a few miles from where I live.

In the summer Mavis and I used to have breakfast quite often at the Fisherman's restaurant on the san Clemente Pier.

Trains stop here on tracks that are right next to the beach and in the morning what seemed like hundreds of toddlers would come streaming off the train followed by their moms. They'd run towards the water as fast as their little legs could carry them and suddenly stop short as the waves came in.

I mention this because over the years I've read that sharks will look for prey in shallow water along the beach.

I doubt that the moms or anyone gave any thought to Great White Sharks in the vicinity which, according to the article, are here in abundance.

While this is a pretty scary thought, I've never heard of any attacks on beach goers in the area.

Here's an article about sharks in our area from the Dana Point Times Sharky Waters

Have a nice day!
