Can you have folders in iBooks on my iPad ?

In other have folders show up on the bookshelf UI of iBooks instead of having tons of individual PDF files?
My iBooks shelves are getting a bit crowded.

You can set up "Collections" within iBooks and then view by collection.

I think I would be uncomfortable keeping folders on your iPad unless there was something I could do for you in return. Maybe shovel your walk or weed your garden?
