Here in the Philippines there were no physical affects/ damage .

SMALL tsunami waves hit the Philippines hours after a massive quake struck Japan on Friday, but there were no reports of local damage or casualties, its chief state seismologist said.
"This looks like good news,'' Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology director Renato Solidum told a news conference after reporting waves ranging from 30cm to one metre.

However there are many OFW's in Japan working that are from the Philippines and this has caused concern for many Filipino Families. Some are even in the Fukushima area
