poor use of the title tag

I've been going through and sorting our archive of wedding photos and finding links to the photographers. Came across this one and as I bookmarked it I noticed...

No, it's about how a site abused the HTML Title tag. The Title tag is where you add text that displays in the browser's title bar area. It's intended to be descriptive or have a few important keywords---and Google looks at it (hence the SEO reference above).
